Formed in 2019, Endurance Utility Services was built on a dream of equality for women in the trades by Jackie Richter. Jackie is a co-owner of another thriving business and has decided to embark on this new venture. She's decided to form a dynamic company that prioritizes safety, quality and commitment: plus a devoted diversity program, dedicated from the management level onward, to employees and vendors. This company can perform as Tier 1 and Tier 2 in the industry and is qualified and capable in a wide variety of job classifications. Our people are skilled in the utility industry and always place safety as our number one priority.

We bring over 100 years of combined experience to your project. Our corporate values are based on providing opportunities for workers who have been less fortunate in the industry, specifically minority and disadvantaged workers. We provide training to develop new skillsets to deliver a premier customer experience.
